Benefits & Features

An operator unravels the viscera and presents it to the machine. The system then separates the heart, lungs and liver from the viscera package, leaving the gall sac with the intestines. The heart and lungs are then guided to the harvesting table where they are separated and blood vessels removed from the heart.

We've incorporated changes to our Turkey Heart and Liver Harvester design to improve durability as well as improve safety for the operator. Among them is an electric drive motor which eliminates one gear box, thereby eliminating wear points.

The Turkey Heart and Liver Harvester is made by all stainless steel and USDA-approved plastics. Heavy duty components on the equipment lead to increased durability. It's also floor-mounted for additional stability.

Flexibility

A lift system, which can be cranked up or down, makes height adjustments easier to accommodate all bird sizes. The harvester features two blades that are easily adjusted.
